Tangilla Office Class/Role Wizard
This demo is for Broker, Salesperson, & Appraiser licenses and is meant to serve solely as a tool for helping you understand how these are determined. Answer just a few questions. We will show the correct Office Class and the allowed Role options for that person. Changing the answers will interactively change the roles allowed.
DL refers to the Designated REALTOR® in a REALTOR® Office or the MLS Participant/Designated Licensee in an MLS Office.
Salespersons are never the DL; this will auto-set to "No" for Salesperson.

Reference - definitions and rules
Office Class is determined by the DL. If the DL is a REALTOR®, the office is a REALTOR® Office. If not, it is an MLS Office.
- REALTOR® Office - licensees are REALTORS® (non-members allowed only if broker pays non-member assessment). Roles include Designated REALTOR®, REALTOR®, Secondary, MLS-only variants, and more.
- MLS Office - licensees are not REALTORS®. Roles include MLS Participant/Designated Licensee and MLS Subscriber variants.
