Is the office's Designated Licensee (DL) a REALTOR®?

DL refers to the Designated REALTOR® in a REALTOR® Office or the MLS Participant/Designated Licensee in an MLS Office.

Reference - definitions and rules

Office Class is determined by the DL. If the DL is a REALTOR®, the office is a REALTOR® Office. If not, it is an MLS Office.

REALTOR® Office - licensees are REALTORS® (non-members allowed only if broker pays non-member assessment). Roles include Designated REALTOR®, REALTOR®, Secondary, MLS-only variants, and more.
MLS Office - licensees are not REALTORS®. Roles include MLS Participant/Designated Licensee and MLS Subscriber variants.
